The Clinique Focus team, in collaboration with other professionals and resource persons, have developed infosheets and practical tips to support people with ADHD and their families.

Some people should consider asking for outside help in applying these strategies. Do not hesitate to contact a support group or a specialized resource person (e.g., psychologist, educator, occupational therapist, remedial teacher).

Access to specific resources in the area of either assessment or specialized coaching is currently being developed in the public health system in Canada and in other countries.
