Lors du Colloque canadien sur le TDAH, Montréal, 11-12 et 13 octobre 2007, les nouvelles lignes de pratique en TDAH de CADDRA ont été présentées et sont maintenant disponibles en ligne en version originale anglaise, la version française sera disponible en ligne au cours de l'année 2008. Surveiller le site de la CADDRA pour la parution en ligne de celles-ci et les dates du prochain colloque.

The 2nd biennial, international conference: BRAIN DEVELOPMENT & LEARNING: MAKING SENSE OF THE SCIENCE July 12-15, 2008 Sheraton Wall Center Hotel, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada
This interdisciplinary conference is a public service devoted to enriching and improving the lives of children by making cutting-edge research in neuroscience & child development available, relevant, & understandable to educators, physicians, therapists, parents, & others who care about children.
This year **ADHD** will be one of the main topics of the conference.
World-famous researchers who are also outstanding speakers will present. They include:
DR. AMY ARNSTEN, Yale Med Sch, who pioneered the role of norepinephrine in ADHD
DR. JAY GIEDD, Chief of Brain Imaging, Child Psychiatry Branch, NIMH, who pioneered structural neuroimaging of ADHD
DR. TORKEL KLINGBERG, Stockholm Brain Inst., Karolinska Inst., who pioneered the role of computer games to improve working memory in children with ADHD

DR. ROSEMARY TANNOCK, Univ. of Toronto & Hospital for Sick Kids, a pioneer in ADHD who proposes a new conceptualization of ADHD beyond inhibitory & executive deficits and extending the neural focus to include glutamate & glia
Besides lectures, you'll have the opportunity to meet & talk informally with speakers in small groups (max. 30 people) over lunch. Continuing education credits are available in many fields for both the US & Canada.
Registration scholarships are available & we will try to help people find inexpensive housing &/or home-stays.
